Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

At Loomo, we’re seeking a skilled Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in crafting compelling narratives, executing impactful campaigns, growing multiple social media channels, and supporting our Marketing Manager in driving overall marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and social media strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance engagement and drive growth.
  • Assist in defining KPIs for marketing campaigns and social media efforts, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create captivating, original content that aligns with our clients’ brand narratives and resonates with their target audience.
  • Assist in nurturing client relationships, crafting messages that deeply resonate with their audiences.
  • Support in managing campaigns and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing and social channels.
  • Track and measure results, and assist in providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure project and campaign execution excellence.
  • Stay updated about industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and marketing best practices, sharing insights with the team and implementing strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as a dedicated brand advocate, maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all marketing and communications efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Communications preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing and social media coordination, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to multiple projects across diverse industries.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, showcasing a strong eye for design.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Agorapulse, AirTable, and LinkTree.
  • A passion for brands, creative storytelling, and a solid understanding of business principles.
