PT Office & Admin Assistant / Writer

We are opening a new office in historic Fort Langley, BC and need a part-time office administrator with shared duties on the social media team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full-time role in a marketing/creative agency.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience (in an agency environment is an asset), along with the following attributes:

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
  • Experience writing for social media and blogs
  • Professional appearance
  • Confidentiality

Admin duties include:

  • Greeting and checking-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Obtain and process information required to provide services
  • Answering phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Replying to general information requests with accurate information
  • Receive and issue payments, billing third-party payers
  • Processing mail and emails
  • Regular use of email correspondence to clients
  • Opening and/or closing of the office
  • Tidying rooms and kitchen

Content/Social duties include:

  • Writing content for a book of social media clients
  • Monthly analytics measurement and reporting
  • Writing content for agency blog and magazine

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 /hour
