‘Twas the night before Christmas
‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the ship,
The Loomonauts rested, and Jeremy quipped:
“It’s been quite a year, but our work’s finally done.”
“Our clients are happy—go home and have fun!”
When out from their inbox arose such a wail,
Jer sprang to attention and read the e-mail:
“Santa’s forgotten some children this time!”
“It’ll be up to us!” Meaghan eagerly chimed.
Though Santa had dropped off the toys in his sleigh,
The electronic gifts weren’t yet on their way!
“I’ll draw up an e-card,” Sarina smiled.
“We’ll send it tomorrow,” Luke offered, “in style!”
Up next was the content, and what skill it took!
Enough had been written to fill a whole book!
With all the i’s dotted and t’s crossed up tight,
Carrie shouted with glee, “To the dev team, tonight!”
They spoke not a word, but went straight to their task:
Creating the most perfect Christmas e-blast!
Lending their hands to the keys in a hurry,
Jesse placed pixels; Lars coded a flurry!
They finished the project with moments to spare;
Saint Nick now had gifts for all kids everywhere!
Luke pressed the “launch” button, to which they all cheered:
“Merry Christmas to all, and a Happy New Year!”
